The 43:an shopping block contains about 5,000 square meters of retail space at street level in the heart of the city.

Köpkvarteret 43:an is an indoor solution with access both from a square from the pedestrian street in a south-west location and from the existing parking garage, also Boden's most central parking. A break room in the form of a café forms the hub of the shopping facility, which will also have the opportunity to operate outdoor dining on the square in the summer.
