Large cottage with accommodation for up to 17 people, kitchen, food cellar, woodshed and sauna. Electricity is not available. There are kerosene lamps for lighting, and LPG and wood for cooking and heating.

The resort is 3 miles up the Malmen road from Gunnarsbyn, and in summer there is a road from Norriån. For guided tours, activities, food and other packages see the list of tourist businesses in the area.
